After the royal shafting that Axl Rose dealt to his former bandmates, the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame, and the fans original Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler, claims that he’s effectively shut the door on his GNR past. And to further prove his point he’s released the first video for his new project, a band he’s simply calling Adler.

The single "The One That You Hated" hit iTunes on April 10, which was no accidental date – Steven timed the release to sync up with the media attention he’d receive from the Rock Hall induction with his former group.

Steven's new band features frontman Jacob Bunton (Lynam, Mars Electric), guitarist Lonny Paul and bassist Johnny Martin.

The band’s been busy in the studio recording their debut album with their two producers - former Dokken bassist Jeff Pilson and Jay Ruston who has also produced discs for Anthrax, Steel Panther, and Adrenaline Mob.

I gotta tell you, I didn't expect much when I first heard about Stevie's new band but I'm pleasantly surprised! This tune is pretty rad!
